Welcome to p31wnetwork.com. By accessing or using this website, or by registering for any event hosted by P31W Network (including the P31W Network Annual Retreat), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or register for our events.

This website is an e-commerce and event registration site.

Visiting p31wnetwork.com or sending emails to P31W Network constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications (including emails, SMS, and website notifications) from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

By using this website or registering for an event, you acknowledge that we collect your email address, phone number, and other personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, use, and storage of that information for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.

P31W Network does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 13, you may use this website only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

• Ticket prices are as stated on the registration page. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (₦), US Dollars ($), or British Pounds (£) as indicated.
• Payment is due at the time of registration. For installment plans, the final payment must be completed by the deadline stated on the payment plan.
• Confirmation of registration will be sent via email.
• Refunds are governed by our cancellation policy (see Section 13).

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., YouTube, Selar). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, nor in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of P31W Network or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Site is operated from Nigeria and the USA. If you access it from outside these countries, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P31W Network, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (or a similar service) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, USA. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P31W Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the event registration.

• Full refund (minus 10% processing fee) if requested before 15th September 2026.
• 50% refund if requested between 16th September and 15th October 2026.
• No refund after 15th October 2026.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time by notifying us.

By attending any P31W Network event (including the P31W Network Annual Retreat), you grant P31W Network and its authorised representatives the irrevocable, worldwide right and permission to:

• Photograph, record, film, or otherwise capture your likeness, voice, and appearance during the event.
• Use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to:
  • Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Our website and email marketing
  • Promotional materials (brochures, flyers, ads)
  • Future event announcements

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not receive any compensation for such use.
• All recordings become the property of P31W Network.
• You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at info@p31wnetwork.com at least 7 days before the event, OR notify the event photographer/staff in writing upon check-in. P31W Network will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in group shots or crowd scenes.

Attendees agree to:

• Treat all participants, staff, and facilitators with respect.
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour.
• Maintain confidentiality of shared personal stories within syndicate groups.
• Comply with venue rules and safety instructions.

Violation may result in removal from the event without refund.

P31W Network reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site or any event for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and P31W Network regarding the use of the Site and event registration.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
